This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made on Purrfect-Day. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We ship via YunExpress and its partnered local carriers.

Standard Insured Shipping
- $6.90 USD
- FREE for orders over $35.00 USD (after discounts, before tax)
- Estimated delivery time varies by destination (see Section 4)
Express Insured Shipping
- $8.90 USD
- Estimated delivery time varies by destination (see Section 4)
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping and only for qualifying orders above $35.00 USD.

Delivery time begins after shipment (not including processing time). These are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control and are not responsible for customs processing times or any fees charged by customs authorities.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact our support team. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship the item or provide a suitable solution.
