Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries and regions worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location, local carrier coverage, and customs restrictions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $35.

If your order total is below $35, shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on your destination and available delivery options.

How long does shipping take?

Order processing usually takes 2–4 business days.

After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier performance.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If tracking does not update right away, please allow a few business days for the carrier system to refresh.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the shipping details. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where possible.

Please do not send returns back to the original shipping address on the package. Contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our side, we will assist with an appropriate resolution.

For returns due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or other non-quality-related reasons, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

How long do refunds take?

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods offered at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other locally available payment options depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure checkout systems designed to protect your information during the transaction process.

We do not store full card details on our store servers.

Are your products suitable for all pets?

Product suitability depends on the item, your pet’s size, play style, chewing habits, and supervision level.

Please read each product description carefully before purchase. As with any pet product, supervised use is recommended when introducing a new item for the first time.
