Shipping policy

At Purrfect-Day, we understand that our customers are the heart of our business. Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we encourage you to review our Shipping Policy before placing an order. Transparency is key to building trust with our customers, and we want you to fully understand our shipping terms.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these emails.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. This processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING

We work with reliable courier companies to ensure timely delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking information may take 1–4 days to appear online. Please note that estimated delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and courier availability.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Purrfect-Day is not liable for delays or issues during the delivery process. We will, however, work with you to resolve any shipping problems promptly.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, the courier may reschedule delivery or leave the package at a nearby location. Purrfect-Day is not responsible for any issues resulting from courier decisions to leave packages unattended or without a recipient.

If you're unavailable to receive your order, consider designating someone to sign or contact the courier to arrange alternative delivery. Once a package is signed for and marked as delivered, Purrfect-Day is no longer responsible for the package.

Please note: We cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, even with express shipping.

DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All items are thoroughly quality-checked and securely packaged. However, damage may still occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contact the courier immediately. Email us at support@purrfect-day.com with the photos so we can assist you. Please note that damage caused during shipping is outside of our refund policy.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If any items are missing or incorrect, contact us at support@purrfect-day.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. If an item is out of stock, we may ship items separately, and you’ll receive individual shipping confirmations. We cover shipping costs for any missing items or corrections.

ORDER CHANGES & ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay processing or result in cancellation. If our system detects an issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days for confirmation. Orders may be canceled if no response is received.

To update your shipping information, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed after this period.

DELAYED DELIVERY

While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions may cause unexpected delays. We will notify you of any issues and assist as much as possible. Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Insured Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Express Insured Delivery: 5–12 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs or local delivery services. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PuppyJoyful ships internationally using DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please refer to the chart below for more details.
